Meet the Team

SQL*LIMS® Professional Services

The SQL*LIMS Professional Services team is the only in-house LIMS service group in the industry that is exclusively devoted to LIMS. All project managers have Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification and broad industry experience. Meet three members of the team.

 

Scott Williams
Manager, North America SQL*LIMS Professional Services

ScottScott started his career with a Masters degree in Organic Chemistry, and has experience as a SQL*LIMS administrator in both the petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries. Scott’s 10 years of experience with the SQL*LIMS team include Solutions Architect and Product Manager. In these positions, he has traveled all over the world assisting customers in implementing SQL*LIMS. Currently Manager of North American SQL*LIMS Professional Services, Scott says of the group, “You couldn’t ask for a better team.”

 

 

Martin Pittman
Senior Solutions Architect, SQL*LIMS Professional Services

MartinPrior to joining the SQL*LIMS team, Marty spent eight years in the pharmaceutical industry, starting as a bench chemist and advancing to supervisor of laboratory data systems. Marty also spent eight years with Microsoft as a system architect working on Windows® NT® platforms and in customer service supporting office tools. As a SQL*LIMS Solution Architect, Marty’s implementation management skills include developing functional requirements, collecting user requirements, building design documents, laying out functional requirements, and writing and managing code development.

 

Troy Ochsenbein
Senior Solutions Architect, SQL*LIMS Professional Services

TroyTroy’s experience with SQL*LIMS began in a gold testing company as a bench chemist and advanced to SQL*LIMS administrator. Joining the SQL*LIMS team eight years ago, Troy works as a systems architect in the SQL*LIMS Professional Services group. Like Marty, Troy’s job ranges from providing functional requirements and writing code, to implementation and everything in between.
